As a native of the foremost vacation destination of the Caribbean, my real estate education began at an early age. When I moved to North Carolina from Puerto Rico in 1999, I immediately began managing rental units/real estate investments as an employee of Poindexter Property Holdings, LLC. That one-on-one experience with residential real estate gave me a good feel for how important the perfect home can be for a family! I later sought licensing as a independent real estate agent and real estate “Broker in Charge”. My experience over the past fifteen year in the real estate business has been very diverse. In addition to my independent North Carolina real estate activities, I have also had the privilege of working as an agent/representative of two large, national residential development companies in the marketing and sales of newly constructed homes in the Triangle area. It is truly my pleasure to assist my clients in finding and purchasing the home of their dreams.
